Mike Holden graduated in Graphic Design and Photography at The University of Chester. Legend has it that one day he wandered into our office for some work experience and simply refused to leave. He must be good for something as he’s now our Midweight Designer.
Outside of the 9-5, Mike’s real passion is all things motorsport. This interest prompted him to bring his hobbyist photography to the racetrack, where he’s honed his craft over the years and has captured award-winning shots at events such as the British Grand Prix, 24 Heures du Mans and the Grand Prix de Monaco Historique.
When your usual subjects move at 200mph, static photography is a breeze. Mike lends us his talents at work with excursions to shoot room, staff and food photography for our clients. For his efforts he’s often thanked with board and free meals, which as a foodie, Mike appreciates wholly.
Mike also collects model cars (an investment for the future, we’re assured), is an avid restaurant goer and has been known once to commit the unusual act of falling asleep on his couch. That’s what happens when you work as hard as you do, Mike!
