Hearts in Hospitality

 

Do you know an ‘unsung’ hospitality hero? Someone working in hospitality, travel, or tourism who goes the extra mile, brings dreams to life, or simply provides a sympathetic ear?

 

Anyone can be recognised with a Hearts in Hospitality award, from a hotel doorperson to a waitress or customer service representative to a tour guide.

 

Nominate your ‘unsung hero for a Hearts in Hospitality award and they will receive:

  • a year’s professional membership of the Institute of Hospitality, the world’s largest professional body for hospitality
  • recognition on our social media platforms, website and Institute of Hospitality Magazine
  • a Hearts in Hospitality certificate and a pin badge awarded at their place of work

How to nominate

To nominate your ‘unsung hero’ you need to have your ‘heroes’ full name, place of work, email and phone number

  1. Go to the form
  2. Enter their details
  3. Add your details as the person nominating them
  4. Write a short statement explaining why they have been nominated as your ‘unsung hero’
  5. Submit the form and we will do the rest

Our expert panel of industry professionals meet throughout the year. And once agreed, your ‘unsung hero’ will receive their award.
