Dave graduated from The University of Salford in Graphic Design and started out as a junior designer at De Vere & Village Hotels before founding Hlg with Gary in 2014.
\r\n
\r\nOur Creative Director has the insufferable knack for being right. He wrote his dissertation on how Adobe Flash wouldn\u2019t last forever: he was right. Dave believed himself and Gary could start a successful agency: he was right. He reckoned he could teach himself to build websites to diversify the business\u2026and he\u2019s now our lead developer.
\r\n
\r\nDave\u2019s ability to step back and assess what needs to be done is a valuable asset to our business. He\u2019s had a hand in training every team member and continuously adds to his skillset in his downtime, waking up in the middle of the night Steve-Jobs style to complete tricky bits of code.
\r\n
\r\nWhen the apocalypse comes, Hlg\u2019s contingency plan is to operate from Dave\u2019s house, along with his three dogs, cat, numerous chickens and garden of freshly grown produce. When not solving problems on the job, you\u2019ll find him scaling walls at the bouldering gym, travelling in his hand-built campervan or watching the latest animation film.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
